Welcome to the simulators at Municipal Barber Club (“MBC”). We’re glad you’re here. By booking and using our simulators, you agree to the rules below. They’re here to keep you safe, protect our space, and make sure everyone has a good time.

  1. Booking & Access All simulator time must be booked in advance through our booking system.

Bookings are tied to your account. You must be 18+ to book.

Once booked, you’ll receive a unique code to unlock the front door and head straight to your assigned bay.

Your booking gives you access only for the time you reserved. Please be respectful of the next group and finish on time.

  1. Minors Minors are welcome only with prior approval and must be supervised by an adult unless we’ve given specific clearance otherwise.

  2. Safety & Etiquette Play from the hitting mat only.

No practice swings outside the bay area.

Proper footwear required — no metal spikes.

Maximum of 4 people per bay.

Use common sense, respect the space, and treat our gear like it’s your own. We’re a small business — let’s keep it real and keep it nice.

  1. Damage & Responsibility You may be held responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property caused by your actions, whether intentional, negligent, or accidental.

We may bill the payment method on your account for repair or replacement costs after reviewing the situation.

  1. Video Monitoring The facility is under video surveillance for safety, security, and damage review.

  2. Clubs & Equipment Bring your own clubs. At this time, MBC does not offer rentals.

Keep your clubs clean before play to protect the simulator surface.

  1. Liability You understand that golf can be dangerous and you accept all risks related to playing, being in the facility, and using our equipment.

MBC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

  1. Conduct We expect honesty, respect, and good behavior. Unsafe actions, abusive language, or repeated rule violations can result in your booking being canceled and your account suspended.

  2. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by Illinois law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

  1. Updates to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website and is effective immediately upon posting.
